It sometimes feels like
the patterns and values
of greed, violence, apathy
and laziness —
the patterns and values
of a small world and
small minded thinking —
are going to win.
But this is not true.
The energizing Spirit
of Generosity, Love,
Power and Ambition
is in you.
Do not worry,
for this Divine Spirit
is greater than the patterns
and values you see in the news,
on the streets
and in your own heart.
