Some Changes!

Hi everyone!

This is just a quick post to let you know about some changes to Doodle Bugs - starting right now!

I’ve been writing here for a while now and I feel like the posts I most enjoy creating are ones that (I hope) are helpful, friendly and uplifting. I’m hopeful that by sharing my experiences and process it can help or inspire others who might want to do the same things!

Having posts that are locked behind a paywall doesn’t feel like it aligns with that. So starting from now, all posts are going to be free to access!

I am going to keep a paid tier for those who would like to support my work and the blog (and to those who already do, thank you so much!), but all future posts will be available for everyone.

A little note on Sketchbook Scribbles - I have so far been doing a monthly behind the scenes of my sketchbook post called Sketchbook Scribbles for subscribers. I will be rolling this kind of content into my general posts so you’ll still get lots of nice (and plenty of bad) sketchbook content!

I’m also going to change my weekly Easy Like Sunday Morning posts to be every two weeks. I love writing them but sometimes I just feel like my life is not interesting enough to fill a post a week! I don’t want them to become spammy or boring, and by going to every two weeks I should have more time to work on more long form posts about bigger subjects too.
