The main pattern of interest is signal 2, that Trump is destroying American democracy, continues as before. Getting that signal out to the press and people is HUGELY important. Just as important is getting signal 3, that Trump is siding with Putin on the Russia/Ukraine war, out. But signal 3 vanished in today’s tracker. And signal 1 reduced considerably.
The bigger picture is the total signal narrowed to about where it was on April 26. That is not good and leaves me quite concerned. Total signal has narrowed so much it's lost in the helter-skelter jumble of daily news, sandwiched between noise and normal news. Alas, there is little hope for democracy if this continues.

Per Wikipedia, the Media Research Center is “an American conservative content analysis and media watchdog group. … The organization rejects the scientific consensus on climate change and criticizes media coverage that reflects the scientific consensus.”
Here the center has manufactured a fallacious right-wing “fact” with a study. “During the first 100 days of President Donald Trump's second term, 92% of the coverage by ABC, CBS, and NBC was negative, according to the Media Research Center.” This is no surprise, considering how damaging Trump’s actions have been to American democracy and it’s economy.
This is a classic case of “truth has a liberal bias.” The phrase originated in a 2006 TV episode of The Colbert Report, in which comedian Stephen Colbert poked fun at conservatives for their frequent rejection of scientific consensus, fack-checking, and any hard evidence that contradicted their beliefs on topics like climate change, the Iraq War, and economic inequality.
