From the true healing perspective, we are our body and mind. I’m going to explain exactly why and how.
First, if we aren’t our body and mind, may all spiritual people quit preaching “we are all one”. Like, stop.
If their body and mind aren’t them, then what does this mean—by definition, it means they’re all separated.
If a person is separated within themselves, that means they are opposing oneness.
That’s like saying a person is divorced but married.
Makes no sense.
Spirituality goes on to say that our thoughts are just clouds. They float in, they float out. All you gotta do is observe them. They will pass!
Nope.
When we study energy, we can determine that thoughts aren’t random nor are they like clouds that float in and out. As long as no real healing happens, the thoughts remain there, always, until the end of time.
What floats in and out is the level in which a person is bothered by the thoughts or notices them. It is the equivalent of a man who isn’t in love with his wife. For the most part, he doesn’t remember that she exists, but when she yells, he remembers. When he remembers, this is the cloud floating in.
Spirituality is asking you to watch the cloud until it floats out.
What does floating out mean—it means the screaming wife stopped screaming and fades into the background of the husband’s attention again.
Does any of this sound like healing to you?
Thoughts are not random. They can be traced. They can be justified. They come from somewhere within your energy system. There are reasons why they exist. They didn’t fashion themselves out of thin air.
You are simultaneously the creator and experiencer of all your thoughts.
Spirituality disagrees.
Spirituality thinks thoughts are like farts from others. Those foul smells aren’t yours. You just have to wait until the smells pass.
Well, here is the thing: if spirituality thinks that the thoughts aren’t theirs, then why do spiritual people need to meditate?
If something is one hundred percent not your problem, what’s the meditation for?
A thought arrives
↓
Oh, the thought isn’t mine!!
↓
Quick, meditate!!!!! Shove yourself into the present moment!!!! Observe the thought until it leaves!!!!!
A thought arrives
↓
The thought isn’t mine.

Oh, okay, meh, whatever, bye, I gotta go play golf.
A person only needs to meditate because their way of being bothers them. Their own thoughts bother them. The meditation is how they get away from themselves.
They’re bothered by their own thoughts to the extent that they’ve developed an entire practice—years and decades of meditation—to get away from the thoughts—that they say aren’t theirs.
Let’s look at it like this: physical reality shows us that hammers aren’t part of our arms. Hence, we have no internal conflict with hammers. We don’t need to meditate the hammer off of our arm because there is a clear separation between our body vs. the hammer.
However, let’s say the hammer is attached to our arm, that it is part of us. Let’s say you insist, “I am not the hammer,” yet the hammer being there bothers you. Now we cue the meditation. Again, I ask, what’s the meditation for? It is to try to get the hammer off of you—that you say isn’t you.
The act of trying to get the hammer off of you is a clear admission on your part that the hammer is you, that you are your body.
Because if the thoughts truly aren’t yours, you wouldn’t be bothered by them. You wouldn’t even bother observing them. Because what for? Do you need to meditate after glancing at real billboards that mean nothing to you?
Spirituality: You are your heart and soul! You are not your thoughts! Not your body, not your mind! We are all separated into pieces!
Also spirituality: You are the creator of your own reality! You are the director of your own movie! Your insides reflect your outside! We are all one!
One famous guru manages his unhealedism in this manner: he claims to have moved his psychology off to one side. He thinks by doing this, he achieves peace.
When gurus and yogis do this, they’re aiming for one thing—they don’t want their own unhealedism to block their access to money, love, and power. Of course, they don’t make it sound all vulgar like I just did. They call it by a different name: spirituality, enlightenment, bliss, connection to Source, universal power, Christ consciousness, divine feminine, divine masculine, or whatever is the popular term these days.
When spirituality teaches people to observe thoughts like they aren’t theirs, it is no different than asking someone to watch the trash in their bin multiply, rot, and attract roaches. They teach people to observe without judgement, to stay in the present moment, and to understand that the trash isn’t them. Well, that’s profoundly useless advice, isn’t it. (Oh hi, Eckhart Tolle.)
From a true healing perspective, the trash is the responsibility of the person it belongs to—if they want to have a nice life.
As I was writing this piece, I laid out the specific mechanics of how we are constructed, where thoughts come from, why they are there, why they repeat on a loop, and why we are technically our body and mind. The material directly applies to the true healing techniques that I will be teaching to future Intermediate–Advanced students. Instead of revealing it to the public, I will save that material for them.
As you may know, all of my healing know–how is reserved for students only. What I write about online is not even my know–how. I just circle endlessly about the pain and consequences of not healing and what Not Healing looks like. You might take action on real healing when you finally get tired of hearing me talk about the problem.
For the purposes of this article, let me simplify this and say:
The way your energy is = the way your body is.
The way your energy is = the way your mind is.
In other words, all of it is you, and it becomes your business—if you want to have a nice life.
When spirituality insists that we are not our mind or body, that is the equivalent of divorcing creator from creation.
For a person to say he or she isn’t the mind or body is like god/universe saying it has disowned us.
This separation is just one way spiritual people block themselves from real healing. There are more ways that I have discussed over the years on Twitter.
When I say we approach it all as one, I mean do mean as one. We don’t work on our thoughts to deal with our thoughts. We don’t work on our body to deal with our body. Doing that would be separating everything into different parts: the body gets one solution, the energy gets another solution, the mind gets another solution.
No.
There is only ever one thing. Separateness is an illusion. Because of this, there is only one true way to heal. There is only one way because there is only one consciousness, one energy, one intelligence, one thing, one moment. There is no division, no variety. One truly means one.
Your body actually shows this to you every day. Hundreds of millions of apples are eaten daily, but there aren’t hundreds of millions of ways for people to digest them. There is only one way to digest, which is the way it’s always been.
