Heroes of Wessex is a middle-grade adventure series set in 9th century England during the reign of Alfred the Great. It follows a brother and sister who, while trying to be strong leaders and navigate the turmoil and treachery of their times, face a host of personal challenges.
The series immerses readers in the early-medieval world and introduces them to the work of the king who saved a nation and changed the course of history by building on the Word of God.
My goal in writing these books is to provide families with wholesome, quality books that are fun, exciting, and refreshing to the soul.
