Week of August 9 - August 15

I did a little better at taking photos this week BUT NOT THAT MUCH. However, I do think this is the first week of growing out my hair that I didn’t fully hate it. So that’s something? I don’t even know. What if it keeps growing and I just continue to miss my short hair? Well, obviously, I would just cut it. But will I suffer pointlessly in the meantime? It is possible.

Nevertheless, I persist.

Sunday

A default easy look: tiger shirt, 501s, HOKAs, and aviators. DONE!

Monday

I got a few pieces in the big Nooworks sale, and this skirt is one of them. I LOVE IT SO MUCH! I have this print in the princess dress which feels a little fancy for everyday wear, so this is a great addition to my wardrobe. Also it gave me a good excuse to wear my TAR shirt. 501s to finish!

Tuesday

A Nooworks Frida and Converse. Easy breezy!

Wednesday

Another Nooworks sale piece! I don’t love the cut of this skirt as much — the top section is straight-cut, and also I accidentally bought a size too large. I did take it in slightly, but I might take in the waist more to force a better shape for me? I DON’T KNOW?

Also I wore this shirt in another photo you could barely see last week and people wanted to talk to me about capybaras? Firstly, this is a dead bird. Secondly, I want to come out as someone who does NOT want to talk about capybaras, they are too large. I can’t explain it. I thought they were cute when I saw them out of context but then when I saw them IN context I was like, “TOO LARGE!” So you will never see me honor their proportions (OR EXISTENCE!!!) on a shirt! The glory of Phantom of the Paradise, however, is another story.

Thursday

I forgot to take a photo! Here is Sesame with a new lobster toy that she got from her friends Jessie and Naomi.

Friday

FORGOT MY PHOTO AGAIN WTF???? Here is a dog I met; his name is Benny and he is wearing Crocs!!!!

Saturday

I def forgot to take a photo again except this one in which I was showing a friend how I did my blush differently thanks to a video she sent me. IT DOES LOOK BETTER???

I said I’d be better about photos this week… I CAN’T SAY THAT WILL HAPPEN but I will try my best.
