Your triggers are not just about your lifetime. They can be tracked through your bloodline.
Every lineage is working with different themes.
Perhaps yours is a theme of sweeping painful experiences under the rug and pretending they never happened.
Or of work-addiction that’s masking some deeper, unconscious belief of “I am not enough.”
Or a theme of being limited by someone or something in your environment.
Humanity’s history has provided our lineages with many opportunities to develop wounded patterns.
So when you heal, you’re not just healing yourself.
You’re healing what your lineage couldn’t heal.
You’re recognizing these patterns not as who you are, but as stains upon your soul.
And you’ve begun to wash away those stains.
You will no longer be the one who stuffs his feelings down - believing that your emotions are irrelevant (because someone you loved didn’t know how to listen).
You’ll no longer be the one who has big angry reactions when you feel un-tended or not included (because someone you loved left you behind).
You’ll graduate from being the one who pleases and appeases (because the backlash of your early caregivers was unbearable).
You’ll quit being the one who paints on a smile and does what they’re told (because society taught you that’s your place in the world).
This is not who you really are.
And yet these patterns have governed your decision-making.
Have caused you to override your gut instincts and your longings, and to abandon parts of yourself you once loved…
So as not to upset the apple-cart, or for the fear of disappointing someone.
But now, you place a key inside the cuffs that have chained you to the wounds of your lineage and culture.
You decide that you will not be another link in a long chain of repression.
You stop yourself … before passing on that chain to your children, or continuing your culture’s norms of inauthenticity.
You quit carrying your dysfunction into your work and relationships.
You begin to weave a new inheritance into your bloodline and into your community.
Instead running towards your true form, because you can’t bear the stress, or even the thought, of masking who you really are, anymore.
You will show the Collective that there’s no shame, and nothing to be afraid of about doing the inner work to be the pattern breaker.
You’ll become a model for living in sincerity …
You didn’t come here to numb the stress and run back to the status quo.
You came here as a maverick - holding up a mirror to your culture’s need for revolution - inside the human psyche.
And though you may be weary, recognize that your fatigue is just your soul telling you that it’s tired of repression, tired of holding back.
Allow your soul to fully enter the scene.
