While the guardians of the status quo double-down to prevent collective consciousness from rising to higher states of collaboration and community, we need to double-down too.
May the darkness on the stage mobilize the light that we carry within. May it amplify our collective power…
Here are some suggestions for making that happen:

There’s a higher reason we’re feeling this at the same time.
Who can we be together if we transcend this together?
Remember that evolution happens as a group.
Notice how the shock of instability and destruction in the world pauses your fixation on materialism, orients you to bare necessities, and pushes you closer to your loved ones. Recognize whom & what you’ve taken for granted. Reject the cultural norms that disconnected you from what you cherish.
Allow fear to be your teacher, not your captor. Fear has a way of showing us what we cherish. It shows us what we’re most afraid of losing. Allow the fear of loss to ignite the lover and nurturer in you. Love this planet and humanity like you’re going to lose them and watch nourishment pour from your life and into the world.
Empathize with collective pain while feeling into collective potential …. Potential is all around us. The key is to notice it in our immediate environments, where we can be most active. Learn about your local ecosystem and grassroots efforts to address socio-economic challenges and offer what’s not being offered by the system.
Evolve beyond imposter syndrome by embodying the Doctrine of Signatures. In the plant realm, signatures shows us that each plant has a unique function or medicinal quality. For humans, this is revealed in what comes most naturally to us. Heal the shadows that cause you confusion, denial, or exaggeration about your own signature.
Instead of allowing the apathy & pathology of world leaders to immobilize you, join forces with your neighbors and create solutions together. Explore how collaboration can meet local community needs. Remember, “When our powers combine, we are Captain Planet!” (It wasn’t just an awesome cartoon, it was the truth).
Surrender layers of your identity that aren’t in alignment with your current value system. The world changes when we let go of what we’ve been programmed to need & want.
