I am a grocery-buying sonofabitch, tell you what. I’m also an absolute slut for grocery delivery services right now. I remember it being like this with Ziggy, too. I mean, when he was fresh. I love nothing more than a leisurely yet productive grocery store shop, but those are very few and far between when you have a baby with an erratic schedule, as evidenced below.
Anyhow, welcome back to Money Diaries — a paid segment (ironic) wherein I breakdown exactly how much money I spent the previous week, as well as the “what” and “why” behind the purchases. As I say each week, this is my attempt to make money-talk less taboo because we all have it, spend it, and want more of it. The only amounts I’ll never share are that of our mortgage and daycare.
