This weekend was a marathon session of building small bags. My friend Sara may came to help and once I finally kick this cold we are going climbing on Tuesday and Wednesday.Next week back to Daks where everything looks huge.

first the new stuff:

The dyneema zip pouches.

these are built in 1 oz Dyneema, YKK water resistant zippers, fully bound interior seams. volume 1.2 liters.

colors are as shown,: purple, blue and drug test yellow.

These are are available to ship now.

Ice screw bags are in finished and ready to ship. these are built in Ultra 400 tx, except for the few in gravel grey, that is only available in ultra 200.you’ll notice I found a source for 200D purple and red UHMWPE grid stop fabric.

all available ice screw bags are on the website

Last, since trump de funded PBS, I was able to source more Muppet hide and we did a 2nd run of chalk bags.

we made 2 styles, the regular ballistics nylon and this time a handful in waxed canvas left overs.

Waxed Canvas

Last week I built the first 2 models of the Alpine Dump ski packs. i guess a good thing about my long wait time is you can change your mind on the pack, which these 2 customers did.

The black and purple pack was built for a ski guide and has ultra 800 TX side panels to take the abuse of ski edges. I also has a padded camera bag top lid with a sewn on hip belt to wear as a fanny pack. the hip belt is the same as on her pack, just lighter.

Next up is to finish all the back ordered 135L, 100L and 45L expedition duffles and build 2 custom travel packs this week.
