AHHH! What a whirlwind the last few weeks have been!! A little over a week ago I attended my second author event, Fall Into Books Fest, and it was incredible! Over 500 readers, authors, vendors, and volunteers were in attendance to kick off the fall season with our love of books!
It was so much fun to talk about Kara/Sigurd, & Violet/Robert with readers, and swoon over all the amazing authors and stories that filled the ballroom.
I want to thank everyone who came out to see me, who stopped by my table to say hi, and chat with me for a few minutes. It was such a pleasure getting to interact with everyone, and talk about my books with someone other than my phone screen.
In person events are so special. Getting to see a reader’s face light up when I share a quote from my books, having someone come by and tell me how beautiful my covers are, readers buying my books, and wanting pictures. It was all so surreal, and I swear it felt like I walked through a fae realm and into a dream.
I can’t thank Heartbound Bookshop enough for throwing such an amazing event, and I can’t wait to attend again next year! And if you haven’t already, you should absolutely check out their dreamy bookshop in Anaheim.
