Allie Samberts · Allie's Coffee Break

Never in a million years did I think I’d be announcing a release week tour, and several more events throughout the summer, but here we are. I’M GOING ON TOUR!!! If I’m going to meet you at any of these events, please comment below and let me know so I know to watch out for you!

If you’ve never met me before or seen me at an event, I promise, it’s going to be a great time. We laugh, we share stories, you get your books signed! It’s great! If you have seen me before, you know it’s always an unpredictable, wild ride. (It’s not, really. But I do like to think I’m funny!)

Where will you be seeing me this summer?

He’s the last man she wanted watching out for her—and the only one she can’t seem to push away.

I came to Hidden Harbor for a fresh start. Quiet mornings. A yoga studio with a water view. Zero complications.

I wasn’t supposed to belong here.

But this town has a way of slipping past your defenses. Neighbors become friends. Small favors become something harder to walk away from. And somewhere between early morning hikes and shared coffees, Hidden Harbor started feeling less like a hiding place—and more like home.

The only complication? Drew Fenwick.

My roommate’s older brother is gruff, steady, and entirely too observant for comfort. He doesn’t try to fix me or demand answers I’m not ready to give. He just stays—showing up exactly when I don’t want him to, and exactly when I need him most.

I’ve always handled things on my own. It’s safer that way.

But Drew doesn’t walk away. Not from this town. Not from a problem.

Not from me.

And the more he looks at me like I’m worth protecting, the harder it becomes to remember why I shouldn’t let him. I’ve spent so long keeping my secrets close—but what if the bravest thing I could do… is finally let someone in?

Hidden Harbor is a small-town romance with heart, humor, and a broody protective hero—featuring found family, slow-burn tension, and a heroine learning that trusting someone might be the most courageous thing she’s ever done.
