Yeeehaw! We’ve got another rip-roarin’ week here in “paradise.” But, in all seriousness, the Nodes of Destiny just changed signs, shifting back on an axis they haven’t occupied since 2017 (what’s more, in a configuration they haven’t explore since… 2007), so can a new paradigm create a new paradise? Anything’s possible—especially with us witches running the show.

Monday, July 27: Sun (4° Leo) opposite Pluto (4° Aquarius), trine Neptune (4º Aries), sextile Uranus (4º Gemini)

Barbault’s Basket is back to bouncing—only this time, it’s getting booped by the Sun! First, the Sun opposes Pluto, the planet of transformation. The Sun represents your identity, your vitality, and—especially in the sign of Leo—your unique creative expression. But Pluto couldn’t care less about appearances. Pluto wants to drag you down into the underworld, because that’s how real respect is earned. Sheesh.

Accordingly, this transit has a remarkable way of exposing the identities we’ve outgrown. Maybe you’ve been holding onto a title that no longer fits. Maybe you’ve been afraid of the full expanse of what you truly desire. Maybe you’re so focused on external validation, that you keep missing the green lights. Vroom, vroom baby! We have places to go! Pluto doesn’t wait for permission, honey. It’s time to embrace it all—and don’t be afraid to burn it down, as needed.

But, thankfully, the Sun has other social obligations. Just a little while later, the Sun forms a ~beautiful~ trine with Neptune, reminding us that transformation isn’t only about releasing what no longer fits—it’s also about remembering what inspires us. Neptune governs dreams, imagination, intuition, spirituality, and the current that pulls us toward something greater than ourselves: the ocean of consciousness.

And then, Uranus in Gemini joins the conversation—we love a binch who shows up fashionably late! Uranus is the planet of liberation, innovation, and large-scale revolution. Since Uranus recently entered Gemini, we’re stepping into an entirely new era around communication, technology, and connection. That collective story is only just beginning, but this transit offers us an early glimpse of what’s possible.

Ultimately, this day may have that feeling of buzzy, strange, antsy energy attached to it—and that’s because the change is happening… but it’s so big, so wide, so unfamiliar, that we are going to feel the shifts in our nervous system before we experience them externally. Trust the process, diva. We’re entering a new age.

Wednesday, July 29: Venus (21° Virgo) square Mars (21° Gemini)

Venus and Mars are astrology’s great lovers, but squares aren’t exactly romantic. Venus wants connection, cooperation, and thoughtful refinement. Mars wants action, speed, and immediate results. When these two lock horns, relationships, creative projects, and even our own internal dialogue can feel a little more charged than usual.

Rather than treating this as conflict to avoid, think of it as useful information. Where do your desires seem to be pulling you in two different directions? Where are you saying one thing while secretly wanting another? Sometimes the fastest way to create harmony is to become radically honest about what you actually need. That’s especially true with Venus in practical Virgo. This queen isn’t interested in fantasy right now—she wants REAL relationships, REAL routines, and REAL commitments that genuinely support the life you’re trying to build. Mars in Gemini is just going to have to deal.

Wednesday, July 29: Sun conjunct Jupiter (6° Leo)

Roll out the red carpet, because Casino Daddy has officially entered the building. Once each year, Jupiter meets the Sun, creating one of the brightest, boldest, most optimistic transits in astrology. Jupiter expands everything it touches, so this conjunction (cazimi, if ya nasty) is all about making your own Leo essence brighter and bolder. Your creativity matters, your leadership matters, and your presence matters.

The last time Jupiter and the Sun came together in Leo was 2014. Think back to that chapter. Who were you becoming? What dreams were beginning to take shape? Jupiter moves in 12-year cycles, so this isn’t about repeating history. It’s about recognizing how much you’ve grown since then and allowing yourself to occupy a much larger version of your life. If an opportunity arrives this week that feels just a little bigger than your comfort zone, take that as your invitation. Wednesday, July 29: Full Moon in Aquarius (6°)

Everything this week is building towards this moment. This Aquarius Full Moon arrives only days after the Nodes of Destiny shifted onto the Leo-Aquarius axis for the first time since 2007, making it feel less like an ordinary lunation and more like the opening ceremony. Full Moons illuminate what’s been growing beneath the surface, and Aquarius always encourages us to look beyond our individual lives and ask how our unique gifts can contribute to something much larger. Leo reminds us that every person carries a singular light, but Aquarius reminds us that stars become constellations when they connect.
