A tisket! A tasket! An unprecedented basket!
Between a never-before-in-history astrological configuration, the start of Leo season, Mercury Retrograde’s grande finale, and a Nodal Axis shift for the ages… phew! Honey! WHAT A WEEK THIS WILL BE!
And that’s exactly what we talk about today on AstroloTea with Aliza Kelly—so be sure to tune in now! Your horoscope is served!!!
For the first time in recorded history, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto are all linking together in a single geometric configuration—a pattern first identified by the French astrologer André Barbault in 1955. When he saw this, he said “ooolala!” (probably)—because something like this is so rare, so wild, and so notable, that it will no doubt yield sweeping shifts in civilization. Political realignments? Technological breakthroughs? Cultural revolutions? The sky’s the limit!
Collectively, we’re witnessing the beginning of a brand-new paradigm. Individually, it gets real. The question I propose, inspired by this basket, is what future will truly fulfill you? What life do you want to live? And what defines the space between your current reality and this next iteration of your life?
This isn’t passive; it’s seizing the moment—embracing bravery, experimentation, and the most punk ass sensibility of all: believing in a better world.
So let’s go, ghouls. We got work to do—and astrology to LIVE.
Monday, July 20: Jupiter trines Neptune
Faith becomes a strategy instead of a fantasy. Jupiter’s harmonious connection to Neptune expands our imagination, reminding us that every breakthrough begins as an idea (that ~someone else~ once deemed impossible). Dream bigger than your current circumstances suggest, because your intuition may already be pointing toward the next chapter before your rational mind has caught up.
Monday, July 20: Jupiter opposes Pluto
Expansion always exposes what has outgrown its container. Jupiter’s opposition to Pluto shines a spotlight on power, ambition, and the systems that determine who gets to lead. If something feels like it’s reaching a breaking point, don’t rush to glue it back together—sometimes transformation begins when old structures finally reveal their limitations. Such tea.
Tuesday, July 21: Jupiter sextiles Uranus
This is one of the most exciting innovation transits of the year, divas & divos!!! Jupiter and Uranus encourage experimentation, unexpected opportunities, and brilliant ideas that arrive out of nowhere. Say yes to conversations, invitations, technologies, and collaborations that feel slightly outside your comfort zone—today’s detour could become tomorrow’s destiny??
Wednesday, July 22: Sun enters Leo
Welcome to the Lion’s Den! Happy solar return, Leos! Over the next month, the universe reminds us that confidence isn’t something we’re born with—it’s something we practice… and, as you know by the likes of this Substack, spirituality is indeed just that. A practice. So practice celebrating your talents, creating art just for the hell of it, and demanding more opportunities to shine. Remember, your bravery is inspiring; it helps remind others that they are, also, capable of changing the world
.
Thursday, July 23 — Sun squares Chiron
Butttt (screechhhhh)… being visible can also make us vulnerable! As the Sun challenges Chiron, old insecurities surrounding recognition, creativity, or self-worth may briefly resurface. Rather than interpreting these feelings as signs to retreat, recognize them as evidence that you’re outgrowing your once-stifling limitations.
Thursday, July 23 — Mercury stations direct
Finally. Mercury’s retrograde comes to an end after several weeks of revisiting conversations, memories, and emotional loose ends. Although it’ll still need a little time to regain full speed (August 7 is when it will officially be out of the reversed zone) the fog begins lifting now, making it easier to move forward with plans, decisions, and conversations that have been waiting for clarity.
Friday, July 24 — Mercury sextiles Venus
Some conversations heal simply because they’re kind. Mercury and Venus create beautiful conditions for reconnecting, expressing appreciation, negotiating peacefully, and saying exactly what’s in your heart. Reach out to someone you’ve been thinking about — your words are likely to land exactly as intended.
Saturday, July 25 — Neptune sextiles Pluto
Hey, so this has happened in 40 years!!!! This is one of the defining background transits of our era, linking collective imagination with collective transformation. The dreams we’re cultivating today aren’t simply personal fantasies; they’re blueprints for the future we’re building together. History often changes long before anyone realizes it’s changing, and this aspect reminds us that cultural revolutions begin with new ways of imagining what’s possible.
Sunday, July 26 — Saturn stations retrograde
STOP! Saturn’s annual retrograde invites an internal audit. Rather than pushing harder, consider whether your energy is being invested in the right goals altogether. Over the coming months, discipline becomes less about productivity and more about integrity — building a life that’s sustainable, intentional, and aligned with who you’re becoming.
Sunday, July 26 — North Node enters Aquarius
We’ll talk more about this next week and beyond, but one of the biggest astrological shifts arrives at the very end of the week. Over the next eighteen months, the North Node in Aquarius and South Node in Leo will redirect our collective attention away from individual heroes and toward collaborative leadership, communities, technology, and shared innovation—and this hasn’t happened since 2007. What was going on from 2007 to 2008, the last time we experienced this nodal configuration? What does it mean on a collective, and personal level? Honey! We gotta talk about it!
