Solar eclipse

Not that easy to take photos of an eclipse when you haven’t got the right kit. The atmosphere was quite special. See you in 2075

Les fils du facteur @ Into The Corn

Bretaye to Vers-L'Eglise

A stroll between the Bretaye pass and the village of Vers-L’Eglise. But the real question is: Would you sit on this swing ?!

Arnensee

Going there has almost become a tradition. If you’re looking for a very easy walk with postcard-perfect scenery, this is the ideal place.

Around the Meilleret

Some photos from our walk along the Meilleret ridge and the gypsum pyramids at the Croix pass in Les Diablerets

Lac Saint-Point

For my birthday, my sweetheart invited me to spend an evening and a day at Lake Saint-Point. We ate at a beautiful restaurant, and the next day we went for a walk around the lake. Since we didn’t have time to go all the way around the lake, we were able to cut it in half by crossing it halfway on a pedal boat.

St-Malo

A real sailor’s town… Loved it.

Cap Fréhel et Fort La Latte

On our way to Saint-Malo, we stopped at Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte. A simply sumptuous setting.

Sentier des douaniers

The “Sentier des Douaniers” (customs officers’ path) in Perros-Guirec is famous for its rounded pink granite rocks along the ocean. It’s a magnificent walk. We were lucky enough to have a superb blue sky, just like the rest of our holiday.

Locquirec

We spent three days in this small village on the Breton coast, which seems to be very popular during the summer months. The place feels like a mini St-Tropez.

Locronan

Locronan has the reputation of being one of the loveliest villages in France. And it truly is.

Huelgoat

In the mysterious forests of Huelgoat.

Eckmühl

The Eckmühl lighthouse is located in Penmarc’h. I really like the story surrounding its construction thanks to a donation from the Marquise Adélaïde-Louise d’Eckmühl de Blocqueville, who said: the tears shed due to the fatality of wars, which I dread and detest more than ever, will thus be redeemed by the lives saved from the storm – Marquise Adélaïde-Louise d’Eckmühl de Blocqueville

Guilvinec

From Guilvinec, boat trips allow you to go and see the seals in the Étocs archipelago. This port is also the largest artisanal fishing port in France.
