I have a question for you.
Are you comfortable with loving yourself?
Most people have no problems loving someone else.
But if they are being brutally honest.
They have a huge problem loving themselves.
Especially the parts that makes them seem less perfect, less lovable, less worthy, less desirable, less deserving...
In others:
they let go of expectations
they accept imperfections
they forgive mistakes
they support & care
they express love
(unconditionally)
But on themselves:
they withhold love
they focus on mistakes
they never feel enough
they criticize & talk down
they highlight imperfections
(with no reservations)
If that’s you...
WTF are you doing?
You don’t deserve to be treated like this.
You deserve to be loved right.
To be loved unconditionally, on the good days and the bad.
Especially by the person in the mirror.
Because only then...
When your cup is filled.
You can love others...
From a state of wholeness.
Love yourself right.
Love yourself unconditionally.
Love yourself without reservations.
