Hair by Sam McKnight | Self Control Styling Gel

On holiday, this is one of those products I end up using often. When it’s hot and humid, I really don’t want to spend too much time styling my hair, so being able to slick it back and know it’ll stay put all evening is what I look for in a product.

It’s also great for use during a day at the beach. I like to apply on damp hair after swim when my hair has taken on a life of its own and I need to tame it before heading off to lunch somewhere nice. It gives an effortless post swim look that lasts. It never feels crunchy or sticky, so it’s definitely earned a permanent spot in my travel beauty bag.

Completedworks | Peat Earrings

These handcrafted earrings from Completedworks are new in, and I’m completely obsessed with them. I love that they’re intentionally mismatched — it makes them feel so unique.

Featuring a mix of baroque and freshwater pearls, onyx, recycled glass beads, jade resin and zirconia, they feel like a real piece without being over the top.

“Inspired by a list of rivers that have reversed course due to climate change. The pieces in this collection course one way and then reverse and flow back in the opposite direction.”

The Rooster | Antiparos

Whilst in Antiparos, we were lucky enough to be hosted by The Rooster for an evening, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. We spent the evening there, starting with drinks on the terrace overlooking the sea before sitting down for one of the most beautiful dinners of the trip. Every detail, from the setting to the food and the atmosphere, was so thoughtfully done.

Whether you’re staying at The Rooster or simply visiting for dinner, it’s such a special spot and one I’d absolutely make sure to add to your Antiparos itinerary.

Jul 8

There’s nothing I love more than the feeling of an upcoming family holiday. Our annual trip to the Greek islands (this year, Antiparos) is two whole weeks to unwind, slow down, and simply enjoy each other’s company. We look forward to it all year.

Vipera | Monet Cognac Bag

I mentioned recently that I’d been missing a tan bag option in my wardrobe, and this one filled the gap perfectly. I also don’t have a woven leather bag and have really enjoyed the added texture it brings to an outfit, It’s one of those bags that seems to go with everything, and I’ve used it so much on holiday.

I love the slouchy shape, and the removable leather shoulder strap means I can wear it a few different ways depending on the occasion. It’s currently out of stock in this colourway, but there are lots of other beautiful options to choose from.

Matteau | Relaxed Short in Limoncello

I’ve been living in the black and white versions of Matteau’s Relaxed Shorts lately, but as we’ve already established, I’ve got a real soft spot for yellow at the moment, so it was only a matter of time before these found their way onto my wishlist too.

Easy to pull on and crafted from cotton poplin, these are all I want to wear at the moment. They’re the kind of summer staple that works just as well thrown over swimwear as they do styled with a shirt or tank top — I’m officially a shorts convert!

Until next time,
