After years of seeing what works - and what doesn’t - in essay development for college applications (and after getting feedback from the class of 2026 - thank you!), my team and I have decided to host live, in-person, 3-day writing workshops to help our rising seniors finish their college application essays BEFORE the start of the school year.

This one is a team effort with my husband, Jonas Ellison and friend, KEITH HELLER. It’s been my dream for some time to host a retreat all about inner awareness and alignment with the “outer work” - our vocations. It’s the passion that drives the work I do every day, and I want to create a memorable, reflective, transformative, communal, and life-changing experience for anyone facing a career crossroads.
