There’s a huge difference between photographing instinctively and photographing carelessly.
A lot of people hear words like blur, fragment, ambiguity, and suddenly think anything chaotic becomes automatically interesting. It doesn’t. Randomness is easy. Intentional instability is much harder.
This frame is not accidental.
Fast, yes. Imperfect, yes. But still intentional.
The photograph works because the chaos is controlled just enough. The body cuts through the frame with force. The folders create a block of color and weight. The sidewalk lines, shadows, and movement all push in the same direction. The image feels unstable, but not confused.
