Aliveness is not concept. Concept is not power, not creation. Not aliveness. Concept is of the mind, and the mind is only one door into creation. And yet humans are addicted to it.
Because to feel has been forgotten.
To feel has been weaponized.
And the truth is, aliveness is of the body. It is not of the mind. You cannot, you will not ever, reach a state of aliveness through concept, through mind, through analytics. You will conceptualize aliveness. You may feel excited, aroused. But that is not aliveness.
Aliveness is when every single cell of your physical body is lit by the light of God. From within. And let me tell you something, it’s intense. It’s an intense vibratory experience. You feel it not moving through you as a current, though that can be an expression. It is every cell vibrating, reverberating, as the I AM state. That is what aliveness is.
Initially, when I started to feel this, it triggered my nervous system and pushed me up into my head. It felt like I was standing on one of those vibrating plates. But within every cell. Because I didn't know how to be in the intensity of the energy. The mind felt safer.
And to activate, to awaken aliveness within, there is one way: meeting yourself in a state of separation. Because where duality meets, God is revealed. Duality meets in your body, where you hold your separation, your shadow, your shame, your not-enough. And you meet yourself there. From the I AM state.
The mind would conceptualize the light into ideas, even insights and epiphanies. Which are profound, but they don't land if they aren't felt. They fly through your space like a gust of wind. Felt and then gone.
But every time I did that, I escaped the feeling rather than deepening into it. It was like a huge surge, and then a lull. Sometimes, I would literally shake. I had to learn to ground into the moment and simply allow the intense feeling to be felt, without it needing to be conceptualized or understood.
I had to train myself, through specific embodiment practices, to feel comfortable in the discomfort of so much light.
When you meet yourself in the illusion of separation, the core wound of humanity, God is revealed. The light of God, the I AM state, shines through you.
That is what aliveness is, the felt light of God into human form. Into human life.
What if creation was never about external manifestation?
What if aliveness is waiting for you?
Awakening Aliveness is an invitation into a completely different relationship with creation. When the deepest wound of not enough is met with wholeness, aliveness awakens. Creation stops being something you chase and becomes something you inhabit.
