MONEY AS MY GREATEST TEACHER

Money has been my greatest teacher.

My desire for it. My repulsion to it. The push and pull I felt within.

I had loads of it. Then lost it all.

And my worth went with it.

At first, my ego was sure of itself. Sure, it would make it all back. But money had a different plan for me.

Money wanted to teach me something valuable — my attachment to it.

I knew my intrinsic desire to be abundant was innocent. True, even. I understood the laws of the universe.

But I used that understanding to hide the deeper feeling I carried within.

That I wasn’t worthy.
That I was shameful.

My desires were shameful. My sexual energy was shameful.

So I chased money. Because if I could get it back, my ego was certain I would finally prove my worth to myself.

So money kept itself just at arm’s reach. I had enough. I was supported. But my relationship with it remained distorted.

The more I worked to create it, the further away it stayed.

And I kept chasing.

Believing I just needed to do more. Learn more. More healing. More rituals. More manifestation techniques. More of everything.

If I just did enough, I would finally get it.

I was doing in order to get.

It took me several years to truly accept that. I knew it. I could hear the whispers from within.

But I didn’t believe it.

Until I finally let go.

I didn’t stop doing. But I started paying attention to the quality of my actions. The energy underneath them.

Was it coming from a place of aliveness?

Or doing in order to get?

That simple distinction was the key.

Not to riches — but to my own personal truth.

For me, wealth is not efforting. Wealth is embodiment.

It is the living, breathing truth of my authentic self. And authenticity is not found in chasing anything outside of the Self.

It is found only when you stop the chasing and let yourself be.

So I want to ask you something.

Are you doing in order to get?

Get the clients. Get the money. Get the recognition. Get the success. And finally — finally — prove to yourself that you are worthy?

Or are you acting solely from a place of aliveness?

No chasing. No trying.

Simply the purest, most innocent expression of the life force within you.

Moving. Desiring. Creating.
