Amtrak Wins Federal Grants

The U.S. Department of Transportation has awarded Amtrak more than $2 billion to be used to buy additional corridor trainsets. Freight Transportation Index Fell in June

The U.S. Bureau of Transportation Statistics said that its Freight Transportation Services Index fell 0.3 percent in June from May s level to 134.9, decreasing for the third consecutive month.
