I’ve been reading a good amount, which is always a fickle fight I have in my brain, between writing and reading, who wins? Well, the writer wins that fight every time, so when I’m taking a break/not on a project, I read a lot! As such, I just re-read my favorite story of all time. Hyperion. I finished #2 just a week or so ago: The Fall of Hyperion.
I have seriously sold more copies of this than is acceptable for someone not getting a dollar for it. And no, I don’t do that bullshit Amazon affiliate link nonsense. I would rather you all buy it from somewhere else, I make nothing, and that company burn to the ground and collapse in on itself like a dying star and we all wait for normal shipping and have patience like human beings. ps. My hatred of Amazon and selling my book there is absolutely painful to me. Something like 50% of all ebooks are sold there yada yada. Hard to break out if you don’t use them, which I tried with Brian…
I am currently reading another series, but alas, too many books to talk about in a single post, so I shall leave it for next time.
WRITING NEWS: I have sent my next novel to my new editor, and shall receive feedback by the end of next month. I am quite excited and you have read nothing like it. I can’t even tell you the title yet, but it’s a killer.
