Hello world!
I have been quite sick, had a hell of a time recently. And not just me, my entire family. I’m not a big sharer of my personal life with you internet people who may or may not have read my book or two, but alas, sometimes it makes sense. Last month I went to the ER for difficulty breathing, and then acquired pink eye from my stay in the hospital. That was just superb, spreading it to my wife and baby. Doctors and follow up appointments still do not have a diagnosis. Of course. It’s almost a wonder people are opposed to Universal Healthcare (I’m kidding). And back and forth, I’ve been sick or healthy, all trying to train for a triathlon. How the hell will I even do my first triathlon at this point? No idea. But I will keep trying. Just like I’m here every month just about, writing into the abyss, trying to get people to read my books. Why? Because I feel like I have something important to say.
I would love to get into the science of death, perhaps my next newsletter I will, but I am tired and have another bout of sickness, I am writing another short and semi-sweet post to get through it all. OH! And I entered an Indie Author’s Book Sale, and we all share to everyone. I’m tied to that, I promised to share/be in it, and I must. My novels are 99 cents all across the world, and whatever that translates to in Italy.
If you click the link like a good reader, you should notice my novels front and right, and at the top, that has nothing to do with anything except alphabetical order. And what exactly is alphabetical order? Nobody actually knows why letters are ordered as they are, they just are.
I will see you (OK Creep) on the 23rd of the month, probably just write and you read it with your eyeballs and brains, and I have a book I’m excited about sharing, and I think it deserves its own post. But now for, keep reading (books mainly but this post is almost over so better get it over with).
FAVORITE BOOK OF THE SUMMER: This Is How You Lose The Time War.
This Is How You Lose The Time War The rating is 3.88 because people are dumbasses. This book kills. And then time loops and kills again. Read it. It is the most refreshing, varied story I have read, perhaps ever. It’s lyrical, poetic, fucking beautiful.
I’ve nothing else for now. Tell your boss to fuck off or something because Labor Day.
