When we say `economic growth’ we generally think of the levers of the union government. But there is a meaningful way in which every state in India needs to develop a growth strategy that reflects its own problems and opportunities. K. P. Krishnan and I wrote an article in the Deccan Herald on 10 June about the growth strategy required for Karnataka.
