How to Configure Airmail Widgets on iPhone and iPad

You want to add Airmail widgets to your iPhone or iPad Home Screen to quickly see new emails.

1. Long-press on an empty area of your Home Screen.

2. Tap the + button in the top-left corner.

3. Search for Airmail in the widget gallery.

4. Choose your preferred widget size (Small, Medium, or Large).

5. Tap Add Widget.

6. Position the widget where you want it and tap Done.

3. Search for Airmail and select a widget size.

4. Add it to the Home Screen or Today View.

• Small widget — Shows the unread count and account indicator.

• Medium widget — Shows a preview of recent emails.

• Large widget — Shows more email previews with sender and subject.

1. Long-press on the Airmail widget.

2. Tap Edit Widget.

3. Choose which account or folder to display.

4. Select the number of messages to show.

• If the widget shows no data, open Airmail to refresh.

• Make sure Background App Refresh is enabled for Airmail.

• Widgets update periodically, so they may not show real-time data.
