You Have Been Using Claude the Hard Way.

Here is something I’ve been noticing.

A coach opens Claude. She types out a request for a social media post or an email. She gets back something that is technically fine but sounds nothing like her. So she rewrites it. Then she wonders why AI is supposed to save time when it just created more work.

Here is what is actually happening and why it is not her fault.

Claude does not know who you are

Every time you open a new chat with Claude, it starts completely fresh. It has no idea what your business is called. It does not know what you sell, how you talk, who your audience is, or what your offers sound like. Every single conversation starts at zero.

So when you ask Claude to write something for your business, it does the best it can with no information. It fills in the blanks with the most generic, average version of whatever you asked for. That is not bad AI. That is AI without a foundation.

The entrepreneurs who get results that sound like them are not using better prompts. They built a foundation first.

That foundation is called a Claude Ecosystem. And most people have never heard of it.

What a Claude Ecosystem is made of

There are three pieces. Once you understand all three, the whole thing clicks.

Piece 1: Claude Projects

Claude has a feature called Projects. Think of it like a dedicated workspace for your business inside Claude. Unlike a regular chat, which disappears and resets every time, a Project holds information permanently.

When you create a Project for your business, you can upload documents into it. Those documents stay there. Every chat you start inside your Project begins with Claude already having access to everything you put in.

That is where everything changes.

Piece 2: AI Brain Files

The documents you upload to your Project are called AI Brain files. These are five specific files that teach Claude everything it needs to know about your business.

Here is what each one covers:

Brain File 1, Brand Voice: How you sound, what words you use, what you never say, and the personality behind your content. Claude uses this to write in your tone instead of a generic one.

Brain File 2, Ideal Client: Not just who she is but the exact language she uses to describe her own problem. What she has tried. What she is afraid of. What she really wants. This is what makes Claude write for your actual audience.

Brain File 3, Offers and Programs: Every product or service you sell, with the name, price, core promise, and who it is for. Claude needs this to write about your offers without inventing details.

Brain File 4, Identity and Positioning: Your story, your background, your credibility, what makes you different from everyone else in your space. This is what Claude pulls from when it writes your bio or positions you as the expert.

Brain File 5, Content Themes: The topics you cover, how they connect to your offers, and what you want to be known for. This stops Claude from going off-topic.

You build these five files once. You upload them to your Project. From that point on, Claude knows your business before you type a single word.

Piece 3: Claude Skills

Once your Brain is in place, you add Skills. A Skill is a special instruction file that gives Claude a specific job to do, with a built-in structure and a step-by-step process.

For example, a Landing Page Builder Skill tells Claude to walk through your sales page section by section, pulling from your Brain files as it goes. Every output is already in your voice, about your actual offers, speaking to your real audience.

Skills are what turn your Brain from a static document into an active system.

The exact four-step setup

Here is how to build your Claude Ecosystem from scratch. The whole setup takes one focused sitting, about 60 to 90 minutes. After that it runs in the background every time you use Claude.

Step 1: Run the Build Your Brain interview

The Build Your Brain interview is a Skill that comes inside the course. You install it in Claude, open a new chat, and run it. Claude then interviews you about your business, one question at a time, covering your voice, your offers, your ideal client, your story, and your content themes.

When the interview is complete, Claude generates all five Brain files for you automatically. You review them, make any edits you want, and save them.

This is the part most people skip when they try to set this up on their own. They attempt to write the files from scratch, get overwhelmed, and quit. The Brain Builder does the hard part for you.

Step 2: Create a Claude Project and upload your Brain files

Go to Claude. In the left sidebar, click Projects. Create a new Project and give it your business name.

Once your Project exists, open it and upload all five Brain files. They stay in your Project permanently.

From this point forward, every chat you start inside your Project will have Claude automatically reading those five files before you type anything. You never have to re-explain your business again.

One thing to know: this only works inside your Project. If you open a regular Claude chat outside the Project, the Brain files are not there. Claude starts at zero again. Always work inside your Project. Bookmark it. Make it your default.

Step 3: Install your bonus Marketing Skills

The course includes four Marketing Skills as a bonus pack. These are instruction files that give Claude a specific, structured job to do. You install them once and they are available every time you need them.

Here is how to install each one. Open Claude and go to Settings. Find the Skills tab. Click Add Skill. Upload the file. That is it. Four clicks and about five minutes per Skill.

Once everything is installed, this is your new workflow.

Open Claude. Click into your Project. Start a new chat. Tell Claude which Skill you want to run. Answer its questions. Get a finished draft that sounds like you.

You are not prompting from scratch. You are not explaining your business. You are not rewriting generic output. You are running a structured process that already knows who you are.

The one mistake that breaks the whole system

People complete the setup and then open a regular Claude chat out of habit. They type their request, get generic output, and think the system did not work.

The system worked fine. They just went outside the Project.

Always start inside your Project. The Brain files only load when you are inside it. That is where your version of Claude lives.
