Here's the One Thing Every Speaker Kept Coming Back To.

I sat in session after session with some of the best social media marketers in the world this past week.

Different speakers. Different topics. Different stages.

But the same idea kept showing up, almost word for word.

The coaches and entrepreneurs who are winning with AI right now are not the ones using the most tools. They’re the ones who figured out how to stay the most human.

That’s what I want to dig into with you today.

THE THING EVERYONE IS GETTING WRONG

Most people are using AI to do more.

More content. More posts. More emails. More output.

And on the surface, that makes sense. AI is fast. AI is efficient. AI can write a week of captions in ten minutes.

But here’s what I kept hearing at SMMW from the people whose businesses are actually growing.

Volume is not the strategy.

Your audience doesn’t need more content. They need more of you.

The coaches who are standing out right now are using AI to amplify their voice — not replace it. They’re using it to think faster, create cleaner, and show up more consistently. But every piece of content still sounds like a human being with a real point of view.

That’s the line. And it’s easier to cross than you think.

So what does “staying human” actually look like in practice?

It looks like feeding AI your real stories before you ask it to write anything.

It looks like using your own frameworks and language as the starting point — not a generic prompt.

It looks like reading what comes back and asking yourself: “Would I actually say this?” If the answer is no, you rewrite it until it sounds like you walked into the room and said it out loud.

AI should make you sound more like you. Not less.

THE OTHER BIG SHIFT — BUILDING A TEAM

The second thing that came up again and again at SMMW was this idea of AI agents.

Not just using AI as a tool you open when you need something. But building a system — a team — that runs in the background of your business.

Think about what it would mean to have a Social Media Manager, an Email Specialist, a Launch Manager, and a Content Repurposer all working for you.

Now imagine they never sleep. Never forget your brand voice. Never need to be onboarded twice.

That’s what Claude makes possible.

Inside my own business, I’ve built exactly this. I have AI team members with names, roles, and skill sets. Each one knows my voice, my offers, my content calendar, and how I like things done.

And the whole thing runs inside Claude — no code, no complicated tech stack, no hiring.

HERE IS WHERE IT CONNECTS

Staying human and building an AI team are not two separate ideas.

They’re the same idea.

You build the team so you have more time to be the human. You stay human so the team has something worth amplifying.

That’s the shift I saw at SMMW. And it’s the shift I want to help you make.

The coaches who are going to win the next few years are not the ones who use the most AI.

They’re the ones who use AI in a way that makes them feel more present, more creative, and more themselves — not less.
