From my understanding there are three routes this will probably end. The original wording which is fairly broad and considers most crypto participants a “broker”, the Wyden-Lummis-Toomey Amendment which helps collect tax revenue but doesn’t pick winners of technology, or the Warner-Portman-Sinema Amendment that excludes PoW Miners from being considered “brokers” and picks sides.

Ooof. If you are an American who hasn’t called your Senator yet, then this is it. Seems we are losing steam against other pressures (passing the bil) and could get stuck with the original language. This is a now or never moment. Let them know this is worth fighting for.
