Erica is a San Francisco-based editor and writer with twelve years of experience across content management, UX writing, and editorial leadership. She has held roles at Clue (femtech), Found (telehealth), Ticketfly (music), and the Center for MINDS (psychedelic research). In 2020 she founded Spectra Poets, a poetry journal built on the principle of publishing writers for their work rather than their identity. She has been its editor for six years.

Too much language around something diminishes it. Same with too much design.

Freedom.

Deracination. Evolutionary constraints.
