if ur a gluten free girl i’m sure u miss the sweet buttery taste of anything cookies & cream… i know i do. i go to the grocery store, spot a cookies & cream flavored ice cream, and boom. it contains wheat.
i decided to take matters into my own hands ( - ᴗ •́ ) not ice cream, but u can definitely use these gluten free cookies & cream cookies in an ice cream recipe!
