Despite having the text of what was apparently agreed overnight, it is not in the usual four-column format yet (as it has to go through technical drafting still). So, there may be some errors in this. More likely, there will be topics missing that weren’t the focus of last night, because there was already agreement - e.g the “stop the clock” was not a topic of the negotiation.
