👋 Hey friends, I’m Samuel. Each week, I turn deeply researched Hormozi frameworks into clear, actionable execution, so you always know the next move to grow your business. No theory. Just decisions.

Most founders have a speed problem they have misidentified as a resource problem.

The project is taking too long.
The content is not getting out fast enough.
The product is behind schedule.
The team is not moving.

And the instinctive response to all of it is to add: more people, more tools, more automation, more process, more meetings to discuss the lack of progress.

The additions feel productive, they produce the sensation of doing something, and they almost never address the actual constraint, which is almost never a shortage of resources.

The constraint is practically always the presence of the wrong requirements.

Every business operation ( content production, client delivery, product development, sales) is a manufacturing process. Raw inputs go in. Outputs come out.

And somewhere between input and output, there is a set of requirements that someone, at some point, decided were necessary. Most of those requirements were never questioned seriously. They were inherited from a previous version of the process, borrowed from an industry standard, or added because someone felt they should be there. And they are consuming the majority of the time that the work is actually being done.

The five decisions that follow are not a productivity framework. They are a sequencing discipline, and the sequence is everything. Applied in order, they will move your business faster than any tool, hire, or automation you are currently considering.
