There is a specific moment in the growth of almost every founder where the business stops being a skills problem and starts being a judgment problem.

In the early stage, the constraint is capability.
You need to learn how to sell.
How to deliver.
How to communicate what you do clearly enough that the right people recognize it as something worth paying for.

Those are skills. They can be taught, practiced, and improved through repetition. And for a while, improving them produces direct, proportional results. Better at selling, more sales. Better at delivery, better retention. The relationship between the input and the output is clear.
