Origin is pioneering a new category of Global Benefits Intelligence.

We are excited to share that Origin Benefits has raising a $14m Series A+ round led by Notion Capital with continued support from Acadian Ventures and Felix Capital. The round brings total funding over $50M.

Origin is building an AI platform that structures and analyzes global employee benefits data, helping multinational companies understand, compare and optimize benefits programs across countries. We first invested in their Series A in May 2025 alongside Felix Capital and Notion Capital and are excited to deepen our partnership with the team.

We invested in Origin for many reasons but three in particular. First, Chris Bruce and Pete Craghill have spent their careers in global benefits and know how to win in this market. They deeply understand the ecosystem and have proven they can sell complex products to the largest enterprises in the world. Second, global benefits programs run on thousands of contracts, policies and broker agreements. Historically that information was impossible to structure. With AI, those documents become data and the entire category becomes programmable. Lastly, the company is rapidly growing with strong enterprise demand and early traction from companies including Comcast, BP, EA, Pfizer, PepsiCo, and Gilead.

Congratulations to Chris, Pete and the entire Origin team. You can read more about why we invested in this recent Forbes article and do follow our Substack for more.
