Some new people have joined since we started, and next week is the dense one; it’s the week where you actually have to choose a direction instead of just absorbing one. Rather than stack that on people who are still catching up, we’re pausing. One week.
If you’re new, or you’ve fallen behind — use it to go back through Week 1 and Week 2. Nothing about next week will make sense without them. If you’re caught up, use it to rest or go deeper on the exercises you didn’t do.

Next week is about the work becoming visible — externalising what’s yours without picking up the machine’s voice in the process.
It forks into three tracks. You don’t do have to do all three; you pick the one that matches what you’re actually trying to do right now. All three stay open to everyone, always.
