New Moon, Availability & Summer Travel

Subscribe now

Hello Friends,

I hope you’re enjoying the beginning of summer.

I recently spent some time in the Pacific Northwest celebrating my nephew’s high school graduation with family. It was such a lovely trip and I really enjoyed the cool rainy weather.

Next week I’ll be making my way to Telluride to work the Bluegrass Festival. With travel I only have a few more spots left this month.

Current Openings:
• Thursday 6/11: 4:00–5:00 PM (last-minute opening)
• Thursday 6/25: 2:45–3:30 PM (45-minute session)
• Saturday 6/27: 2:00–3:00 PM
• Additional availability during the week of June 29th

BOOK

This Sunday’s New Moon in Gemini offers a gentle invitation to get curious. Gemini is the sign of communication, learning, perspective and the stories we tell ourselves about who we are and how the world works.

What stands out about this New Moon for me is the sense of open space around it. Rather than arriving with a loud message or obvious direction, it encourages us to pause, ask questions and remain open to possibilities that may not have been visible before. Sometimes life creates a gap between an old way of thinking and whatever comes next. While that space can feel uncomfortable, it can also be where our deepest insights emerge.

In my work, I often see something similar happen in the body. A long-held tension releases and for a moment there is spaciousness before a new pattern settles in. This New Moon invites us to trust that process. Instead of rushing to find all the answers, perhaps we can allow ourselves to be curious, listen a little more closely and plant seeds for the future we’d like to grow into.

As always, thank you for your support of my small business. I look forward to seeing many of you on the table soon! xo abby
