Dear friends,

🌿 I’m excited to share a project I’ve been nurturing - Change Circles.

Change Circles are guided gatherings, designed to help you untangle overwhelm, reconnect with your inner clarity, and gather strength for the road ahead.

Starting the week commencing Oct 27th, 2025, there will be six weekly sessions of 90 minutes, each one weaving together:
~ Music-powered visualisation to quiet the noise and open creative focus.
~ A confidential sharing circle, where you can speak or just listen, both are powerful.
~ Practical tools and takeaways you can use right away in your life or work.

Together, we explore themes like love, friendship, courage, finances, creativity, and justice, the things that shape who we are, how we feel and how we show up in the world.

We are living through one of the greatest awakenings in human history. Many of the world’s most compassionate, creative, and sensitive people are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or burnt out by what we see happening around us. And the truth is, that’s a sane response to a world in pain.

But these are also the very people we need most right now; the visionaries, artists, strategists, healers, and builders of new systems.

These are the hearts and minds that ideally need to remain energised, hopeful, and connected with like-minded people.

Change Circles exist to nurture all of this, because when our inner world is steady, how we navigate our outer world becomes more impactful.

This isn’t about self-care as escape; it’s about genuine connection with our own internal compass, and with aligned people who we can grow with. It’s also about building the inner foundation we need to stay grounded, inspired, and effective in creating change.

Each week has its own loose theme and flow, but will follow a similar structure:
A music-led meditation/visualisation to centre yourself, and open up the creative flow part of our brains. Music is powerful, bespoke and curated from Spoke World.
A space for authentic sharing; no judgement and no pressure to speak. Listening is equally impactful.
A takeaway or reflection tool to carry into your week. By applying theory from social innovation and system change, you feel empowered and hopeful about any next steps. (And for some, the next step may be one of the various types of rest, which we will also cover).

Over six weeks, the sessions gently build on one another, creating a journey of calm, clarity, and connection.

🗓️ The Autumn/Winter ‘25 series begins soon and has limited spots for intimacy and connection:

Change Circles is for anyone who feels called to slow down and reconnect; people who want to live and work with more purpose and courage, while staying hopeful in uncertain times.

You might be an activist, artist, educator, entrepreneur, intrapreneur (someone wanting to make change in large organisations), or simply someone trying to live with more integrity and care. Wherever you’re starting from, you’re welcome here.

This is a space to breathe again, reignite your imagination, and build the kind of inner calm that lets us meet the outer world with strength and grace.

For the past decade, my work has lived at the intersection of music, mental health, and social change. I’ve been creating spaces for healing, reflection, and collective growth through two startups, including  Spoke World, as well as various impact and justice projects, including Social Innovators For Justice.

But Change Circles was born out of something deeply personal, because it’s a space I have needed myself.

A place to see my thoughts more clearly, share honestly with others who care, and to find the strength to keep building the future I believe in.

If any of this resonates with you or if you’ve been craving clarity, connection, or just a sense of hope again, I’d love for you to join us.

With love and hope,
Ariana
