Everyone has been asking how they can become members and when applications open again… It’s time! The 2026 applications to join the Disabled Leaders Network open on July 6th at 12 pm BST and close 20th July 12 pm!

Apply now!

The Disabled Leader Network (DLN) is a member-led organization to facilitate peer exchange between young leaders with disability. If you’re an emerging or established voice in your sector, if you’re passionate about leadership and disability justice, this is the place for you.

  • Exclusive events and leadership workshops

  • Networking and collaboration with fellow members and sector experts

  • Tailored opportunities to grow your platform and drive change

  • A platform to shape the future of disability leadership

And so much more! Applications only open once a year so don’t miss this opportunity to apply.

We welcome anyone with disabilities aged 18+ who have demonstrated excellence or leadership potential in their field. This includes professionals, students, entrepreneurs, campaigners, changemakers, and anyone with a drive to make an impact.

You don’t need to have a traditional career path; we value lived experience, non-conventional journeys, and all forms of leadership.

We are especially keen to hear from Black and Global Majority disabled people, LGBTQ+ disabled people, and people from lower-income backgrounds, and those underrepresented in leadership spaces.

The application form is a written online form, with a video introduction, but if this is inaccessible for you, please contact the DLN via email: DisabledLeadersNetwork@ucl.ac.uk

Panel discussion with 5 DLN members on the topic of Investing in disabled students, overlayed is the text “Join our network! Applications open 6th July” and the logos of the Disabled Leaders Network, Global Disability Innovation Hub and Snowdon Trust.
