I made a promise to myself when I started writing online, 15 years ago.
“If it ever causes me more stress than it brings joy, then it’s time to stop.”
I’m not ready to fully walk away from , but I do need a break from writing and creating content in order to prioritize my pharmaceutical career, my family, and my health.
I post this as a gentle reminder that your real life is off this platform, and is defined by the small moments that are magical in being mundane - the sound of birds chirping, the taste of your first sip of coffee/tea/water in the morning, the feel of a hug, the smell of rain.
Pay attention to these moments and those around you who make these moments happen. That’s what matters - not anything that happens here.
