LEWIS CENTER, OH — With AAU season wrapped up, it’s commitment season.
On Saturday, another top Central Ohio 2027 recruit made his college decision as Olentangy Orange’s 6’8 forward Grant Miller announced he will attend Lipscomb University next season.
Miller becomes the fourth area player in the last week to make his pledge, following Big Walnut’s Carson Scholl to Miami (OH), Westerville North’s Tony Cornett to Toledo and Hilliard Bradley’s Ben Mirgon to Ohio.
An All-Ohio honorable mention last season as a junior, Miller chose the Bisons after he received offers from Ohio, Central Michigan and interest from other regional MAC programs.
In his first year as a starter for the Pioneers last season, Miller averaged 14 points per game, shot 63% from the field and 39% beyond the arc. Throughout the AAU season, he competed with the Ohio Buckets on the EYBL circuit.
