Meditating

I’ve been meditating more. It’s a pathless path and it takes practice.

The title of that video I linked is ridiculous, but the drones are excellent. There’s something about this 852hz that works for me, but some people prefer the 432hz tones

Meditating is hard at first because it’s boring, and that’s also why it’s worthwhile. Sitting with yourself may feel like doing nothing, and that can feel like a waste of time. Yet doing boring things can be soothing when we feel frayed, and there is space within each of us that we have not yet explored.

Time is ours to spend, and intent matters. If you mean to do something — even when it’s nothing — there is honor in that, and you may find you feel better afterwards.
